Carpet holds onto a house's whole year: sand tracked in from the beach, a spilled drink from a birthday party, muddy paws after a rainy walk. Vacuuming lifts what sits on top. It never reaches what's settled into the padding underneath.
That's the difference with a real subsurface clean. Hot water and pressure push down through the fibers into the padding itself, then pull the dirty water back out along with it, body oils, dust mites, mildew spores, whatever's been riding along since the last cleaning. You'll see it in the extraction water: it starts dark and finishes clear.
Most Oahu carpet is dry enough to walk on again the same day, some by evening. If a stain doesn't lift, we'll tell you before we finish rather than after you've paid. If we can't get it out, it's not coming out, and we'd rather say so than leave you guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to stay home for the entire cleaning? I have a busy schedule.
No you do not have to stay home. Many of our customers, especially realtors, leave the keys in a certain location for our tech and give him lock up instructions if they can't be home during the cleaning. It is definitely preferred if you can be available for a walk through at the end. Our technician can show his work at the end of the job, if possible.
How long will it take to dry?
For both cleanings the carpet should be dry no later than the following morning. Some carpets that are NOT extremely heavily soiled, require less moisture and they dry even faster, some as quick as under six hours. And you can feel free to walk on the carpet with bare feet as soon as we're done with the job. Please leave fans on and windows open to aid in the drying process OR use fans and crank the AC with windows closed.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
For most pet, liquid, and colorful stains we have an 80% success rate, using the same powerful equipment we use in movie theaters and restaurants. We cannot guarantee a brand new carpet appearance; many factors affect bonding, including time, sunlight, prior products used, and heat.
